Dear Band parents and students,

Waukee Jazz I will represent our school by competing in the Iowa Jazz  
Championships Tuesday, April.15 at the Civic Center.

We would appreciate all of the support possible. The Band plays at  
8:30 a.m. in the Desmoines Civic Center. A note from parents to the  
office and a group of parents willing to transport students could  
make all of the difference in the outcome. The civic Center is a big  
venue but even bigger when void of an audience.

Our students have worked hard to qualify for this event and would  
appreciate your support!
