Calling all hands!  This is a serious weekend for the band!  
 
Even though we're hosting two contests (State and the Waukee
Invitational), we still need to staff two performances on Saturday.
Below are the report times for the Roadies.  (Again, we need 34 sets of
hands for each performance.)

	
	
	Afternoon performance 
	    2:20    Roadies load pit from HS  (If can't take earlier.) 
	
	
	    2:50    Roadies move and unload equipment in staging area.
	    3:00    Dressed and Ready
	    3:20    Warm-up
	    4:20    Gate
	    4:35    Performance
	 
	Evening Performance
	
	    8:10    Dressed and Ready
	    8:10    Roadies report to help get pit to staging area.
	    8:30    Warm-up
	    9:30    Gate
	    9:45    Performance
	    Post Awards - Roadies load pit to trucks and unload at HS.
	    

If I mentioned to you the possibility of loading equipment on Friday,
please note the correction to loading Saturday afternoon.  As a
non-musician, I failed to consider the potential impact of leaving
percussion equipment outside overnight in near freezing temperatures.
 
If you are receiving this message and don't have a particular assignment
this weekend, please plan to stop by the volunteer station (camper by
the tennis courts) and spend a couple hours helping somewhere!  We still
have open spots and filling the places makes it easier for everybody.
 
Remember to mark off Friday, the 19th for our year-end tailgate.
