[News] Jazz Parents 7-12 March 13, 7 PM Jazz Showcase concert at the Prairieview commons

Hello,
 
The jazz bands grades 7-12 will perform a concert on Thursday, March 13 at the Prairieview commons.  We will have catered cupcakes and cookies (to meet the school policy on nothing baked at home/no nuts) and punch.  
 
We will need 24 gallons of Hawaiian Punch  (or Roberts Fruit Punch) and 12 liters of ginger ale (any brand).  If you are able to donate anything, please let me know (so I can make sure we'll have enough for 500).  You may take your donations to Mr. Patterson's office at the high school in advance, or bring them to the concert. 
I'll pick up any donations at Mr. Patterson's office after school on March 13.
 
Heidi Price, Ann Packer and I will be setting up for the concert at 5:30 in the Prairieview commons on March 13.
