[News] Upcoming Jazz Contests

We need some help with loading gear and driving for our upcoming Jazz
contests.  Please let me know how you can help with this!  

 

We will be taking the school's cube truck to Woodward/Granger (yes, it
is fixed!).  We are pulling a 16' trailer for Hoover and could use a
vehicle to tow and a driver.  (We have a volunteer who's children aren't
in Jazz Band, so I thought we should at least see if we have somebody
who's planning on going who would be willing to handle this.  The
trailer takes a 2" ball.)

 

 

If you are willing to drive one way, let me know.  We might be able to
work out a hand off of the keys during the day.

            Performance Times

8:00 a.m. Waukee Middle School 

9:00 a.m. Waukee Middle School 

9:30 a.m. Waukee III

11:00 a.m. Waukee II (note new time) 

3:30 p.m. Waukee I 

5:00 p.m. Awards

 

            We will load all groups for a 7:00 am departure and return
all equipment after awards.

            Students will take their smaller instruments on the busses.

 

March 1 - Hoover

Performance Times

8:00 a.m. Waukee Combo, Center VI 

8:35 a.m. Waukee Gold (7th), Center V 

9:45 a.m. Waukee Purple (7th), Center V

9:45 a.m. Waukee I, Center I 

10:48 a.m. Waukee Combo, Center VI 

11:30 a.m. Waukee 8th Gradel, Center V

12:36 p.m. Waukee II, Center III

4:50 p.m. Awards

 

(NOTE:  We are not using the cube truck for
