[News] Roadies - Large Group Contest Saturday

We need 6 to 8 parents to help loading uniform carts on Saturday for
Large Group Contest.  

 

The 9th grade band is scheduled to report to the school for departure at
11:00.  Performance is 1:00.  High School reports at 1:45 for 2:15
departure.

 

The uniform carts are all over at the High School, so we will meet there
at 10:45 and will have to make 2 trips to Valley.  (9th grade uniforms
will go over with the first load, so they can start to change as soon as
possible.)

 

 

We also need some parents to help with uniform check in after each
performance and to then return the carts at the end of the day.  

 

 

 

Please let me know if you can help out before and/or after.
