Hi! 
 
Here is the updated volunteer list.  It would be great if some of the students (9-12) could fill the yellow highlighted slots - they need to be done working by 1:00.  Thanks to the students who have already signed up!  Please check the list to be sure you mark your calendar at home, too.
 
Volunteers are admitted free of charge.  You can also get a parking pass by e-mailing voluteer at waukeebands.org, subject:parking pass.  You may also obtain a parking pass from the leader of the area you plan to work for the day. You will park in the Centennial Park in the gravel lot south of the stadium.
 
We need the most help in the afternoon and evening.  All concessions this year will be at the stadium, so you will be able to hear all performances.  This is a great opportunity to bring your grade 5-8 band students.  Volunteer for a few hours and stay to watch the bands.
 
Funds raised go to Waukee Bands 5-12 and help pay for additional school-owned instruments.

I'll be traveling for work in October and hope to get the slots filled this week.
