[News] Waukee Warrior Regiment Roadie Report for Thursday, 9/20 and Friday, 9/21

Two events this week.  Sorry for the short notice.
 
 
Homecoming Parade, Thursday, September 20 (today):  We'll start loading
large instruments at 4:30 and take them over to the Elementary School
for the 5:00 lineup.  Parade will run from Elementary to the stadium.
In a change from our last parade, the equipment truck will follow the
band, with pit members walking in front of the truck.  
 
 
Home Football Game, Friday, September 21:  
     6:00 PM  Uniform and Equipment Roadies Report -- Load equipment for
the game.
  
     6:30 PM   Regiment is to be ready and outside for warm up 
  
     7:00 PM  Regiment troops over to the football field.   Parents are
invited to make a tunnel as the band crosses Ashworth and cheer them 
        on!  (This also stops the traffic to get the Regiment across the
street.)
