[News] Getting closer to 10-13

Hi!  Thanks to all of you who signed up for various slots for the State Marching Contest/Waukee Marching Invitational.
 
We are on the home stretch...
 
Here is where I am...
 
Need 2 for the evening tickets - 1 at south booth and 1 at west gate
 
Need 6 to show buses where to park
 
Concessions - need 1 for the 1-3 slot, 2 for the 3-5 slot, 6 for the 5-7 slot, and 5 for the 7-close
 
Pit parking - need 5
 
Traffic - parking lot help - need 1 adult and 1 student for the  6:30-10 slot and 2 adults and 7 students for the 10-1 slot and then 13 adults for the rest of the day and evening
 
Need 12 for the band warm-up areas
 
Need 4 adults to drive trailers to move pit instruments.
 
PLEASE let me know the slots you can take.  I'll be with the band Friday night and Saturday.  I want to have this all taken care of by SUNDAY 10-7.
 
Thanks for your help and for your understanding of the need to fill the slots.
