[News] Waukee Band Parents - Roadie Report - Oct 5 & 6

Thank you to all of the folks who turned up to help out with the
Urbandale contest.  
 
Did you realize that we need 34 parent volunteers (amplification is the
addition) for each show to get equipment on/off the field promptly?  24
take the pit equipment and drum major stands onto the field.  For the
first time, we'll need six additional adults to help with the backdrops
and another four to help with amplification equipment.  Right now we
have 25 volunteers scheduled for Friday night and 24 for Saturday.  We
don't have to have this many to load - 15 give or take is great.   Add
to this another 8-10 Uniform managers (who will need to be at the school
around 4:00 Friday.)
 
 
Report times:  
Friday Night - Students need to be in uniform for pictures by 4:30.
Roadies report by 6:00 to load equipment.  We'll head to the field by
6:30 for unload and lineup.
 
Saturday - Valleyfest - Roadies report by 11:00 to load equipment.
Performances are 2:15 and 8:30.  Awards are scheduled for 10:45.  We'll
have everything loaded up after the 8:30 performance and bring the
trucks back after awards.
