We are quickly approaching the October 13 State Marching Contest/Waukee Marching Invitational.
 
Ticket takers - need 4  - 1 for the afternoon and 3 for the evening
 
Hand Stampers as bands arrive- need 7 - 5 for the afternoon and 2 for the evening
 
Bus Direction - need 6 - 4 in morning and afternoon and 2 in evening
 
Pit truck parking - need 5 - 1 for later morning, 2 in afternoon and 2 in evening
 
Concessions -  need 17 - need 5 in the later afternoon and 6 each in the evening slots.
 
Security - need 1 male and 1 female to patrol restrooms
 
TRAFFIC - NEED 2 adults to direct the intersection by the school and stadium - need 7 students to help in parking lot - need 8-13 adults for the afternoon and evening (perhaps Rotary members may help here)
 
Field Warm up - Need 14 to help throughout the day to let bands know when they may take the warm-up fields.
 
Trailers - need 6 adults who can drive the pit equipment on cart to the field.  Contact John Pomeroy
 
I'll be out of town and return 10-5.  Please send me an e-mail to let me know all the slots you can fill - feel free to ask your neighbors or former band parents - Come One, Come All - let's fill the slots so the band can have a successful day.
