[News] Come listen to great jazz bands and help us for a few hours Dec. 8th

December 8th will be a great day for jazz.
 
Come listen to some wonderful musicians and help out the band at the same time.
 
Waukee Jazz III plays at 9:12 in the morning in the Media Center, Waukee Jazz II is at 1:36 PM in the Media Center, and Waukee Jazz I plays at 2:24 PM in the Auditorium.
Awards are at 5:20.
 
I need your help to fill the following slots...
 
Noon-5:00
 
Auditorium (Jazz I plays here):
 
Stage manager - help set up the chairs, stands and microphones
Warm-up supervisor - let the bands in and out of the warm-up room
 
Gym (class 2A and 3A):
 
Stage manager
Center manager - announce and time bands
Warm-up supervisor
Ticket sales
 
Media Center(1A and all 2nd/3rd bands from a school):
 
Stage manager
Center manager
Warm-up supervisor
2 for Ticket sales
 
Concessions:
 
3 people for 1:00-3:00
1 person for 2:00-3:00
