[News] SCIBA Jazz Volunteers for Dec. 8th

Hello,
 
We are on the final stretch of setting up the December 8th SCIBA Jazz Festival at Waukee. 
 
I need help in a few areas...
 
1. Noon to close - Host in the hall by the main office to give directions to the Gym, Auditorium, and the Media Center.
 
2. 7:45-Noon  or Noon-close - Security to walk around the classroom and common space
 
3.  7:45-Noon or Noon-close - 4A Warm-up Center - let the bands in and out of the warm-up center at their assigned times
 
4. Noon- Close - 2A/3A Stage Equipment - help set up the chairs/stands for each group
 
5. Noon-Close - 2A/3A Center Manager - introduce and time the bands in the gym
 
6. 7:45- Noon or Noon-close - 2A/3A Warm-up Center
 
7.  7:45-Noon and 2 for Noon-close - 2A/3A Ticket Sales by the gym
 
8.  Noon-close in the Media Center, need Stage Equipment, Center Manager, Warm-up, and 2 for ticket sales
 
9.  11:00-2:00 - need 6 for concessions - This will be our busiest time - we could use 2-3 students out front to take the orders
 
10.  2:00-3:00 - need 3 to help while the rest are listening to Jazz 1
 
I will be traveling again and I would like to have this settled.  I have ordered all the food for the concessions and am all ready for that.
 
Jazz III plays in the morning and it would be great to have help from this group in the afternoon.  Jazz I and II play in the afternoon, so they (parents/students) may help in the morning or after they play.
