[News] Dec. 8th SCIBA Jazz contest volunteers needed PLEASE

Hi! 
 
 Please, please, please sign up to help with the 2007 SCIBA Jazz festival to be held at Waukee High School on December 8.  We will host 52 bands that day from 8 AM to 5:00 PM - Awards are at 5:20 PM.
 
We will need help in the following areas:
 
Office Manager to track the records for the 52 bands.  need 1 from 7:45 AM- Noon and another from Noon-2:00
 
Host - need one in the hall by the office to give directions to the 3 centers - need 1 from 7:45-Noon and another from Noon-5:30
 
Security - need one to walk the halls (bands will set-up in classrooms) from 7:45-Noon and another from Noon-5:30
 
Stage set-up - need 2 from 7:45-Noon and 3 from Noon-5:30
 
Center Manager - introduce bands and keep on schedule - need 2 from 7:45-Noon and 2 from Noon-5:30
 
Warm-up center - need 3 from 7:45-Noon and 3 from Noon-5:30
 
Ticket Sales - need 4 from 7:45-Noon and 6 from Noon-5:30 (2 per center)
 
Concessions - need 4 from 9-11, 6 from 11-2, 3 from 2-close
 
Pizza Pick-up - need someone to drive to Casey's on Hickman and pick up pizzas from Noon-4    -  2 or 3 trips
 
 
I don't want to wait until the last minute to get this organized.  Please let me know if you can help a few hours on December 8th.
