[News] Warrior World

Dear Band Parents,

Warrior World has been a large contributor to the needs of the band these past 4 years.   Now that Thomas has graduated I am currently without a band student and need to pass my responsibilities on to new parents willing to put in a little hard work on behalf of your very talented and well deserving students.

Our immediate needs are:
- Someone with a truck to transport the Warrior World trailer on a weekly basis to and from the Waukee Farmers Market and come fall to the home football games.  We have storage for the trailer secured in Adel however, if someone has a closer location it might be more convenient.  The building must be weather safe as the trailer cannot be left out in the open as it is not weather tight.  (It could be if someone with carpentry skills could volunteer a little know how)

-Two to three parents willing to take over as managers.  The various duties can be split at least 3 ways.  I did it for two year myself and two more with Mickie's help.  It's easy and fun.

-Lots of willing volunteers to work when Warrior World is open.
