[News] Band Camp grades 9-12 volunteers - 16 more slots

Hello to all -

I have updated the volunteer list.  We still need a few more people to help 
fit uniforms (hats and shoes included).  Please let me know if anyone is 
available.  This is run a little like an assembly line - one person for each 
uniform part, two fitters and one record keeper. The seniors will be Monday 
at 3:00.  They will try last year's uniform to see if it fits, needs to be 
adjusted, or if we need to trade it for a different size.  The juniors will 
be Tuesday, sophomores on Wednesday, freshmen on Thursday and the extras on 
Friday.

It would also be nice if we had 3 more people who could take a few uniforms 
to hem/let out.

We also need 2 more people to help serve snacks from 11:30--3:00 on July 31 
(Tuesday).

Feel free to volunteer even if your students are not in 9-12, but you would 
like to "hang out" with the band and get a sneak preview of this year's 
show.

Perhaps you are at work and are not available at these times, but you still 
would like to help.  Please bring any type of prizes for the band camp 
drawing to Mr. Patterson's office by July 31 so they may be organized for 
distribution on August 2nd.
