[News] Coolers needed for July 4th parade

A month ago, refreshment options for the marching band season were given.
An overwhelming majority responded with the preference of a one-time fee
from each 9-12 marching band family.

During band camp week, each family will donate $10.00 for the 2007-08 water
and treat fund.  This fee will cover bottled water, popsicles, cookies,
candy bars, muffins, and fruit for the marching band season.  We will not be
asking for water or food donations but will ask for coolers or other items
to borrow.

We are in need of coolers for the July 4th parade to keep the bottled water
and popsicles chilled.  We are using ice for the bottled water and dry ice
for the popsicles.  If you have a cooler or two that we can borrow for the
day, please hit respond to this message.  Please let me know so we can plan
accordingly.  I'll respond individually to what time and where the coolers
are needed.
