For those of you who aren't able to open the attachment...
 
I need the following:
 
1.  Noon-5  - Host in the Hall by the office to direct people to the library, auditorium and gym
 
2.  Noon-5  - Gym - stage equipment - set up the chairs/stands for each band
 
3.  Noon-5    - Gym - Center Manager - Introduce the bands
 
4. Noon to 1:00 PM   - Gym - Warm-up supervisor - 
 
5.  2-5 - Gym - Ticket sales
 
6.  Noon - 5  - Library - stage equipment - 
 
7.  Noon- 5  - Library - center manager
 
8.  Noon- 5  - Library -  warm-up manager
 
9.  2-5 - Library  - ticket sales - need 2 people
