[News] SCIBA Jazz on Dec. 8th - Come listen and help the band

Hello,
 
Today is Tuesday and I only need 8 more people (or 15 if you want to share a shift) to help with the  2007 SCIBA Jazz Festival.  We are hosting 52 bands on Saturday and I need your help filling the final slots.
 
Not available from Noon-5? - find a friend who will split the shift and pick the time you want.  The music will be outstanding! You won't want to miss this event!
 
This is a great way to get free admission and hear some great bands.  The ticket tables will have a listing of the volunteers.  Come in the morning and listen to Jazz III at 9:12 and stay for the afternoon to help with the Gym or Media Center (and listen to more bands). 
 
Jazz II plays in the media center around 1:30.  Come and work in the media center and hear your son/daughter play. 
 
Jazz I plays around 2:20.  Work from Noon-2 and listen to them play.  Or come help 3-5 and have a friend cover the Noon-3 slot.
 
Pick your slot and let me know.  I'll be browning 43 pounds of hamburger tonight to freeze for Saturday and I'd rather not make calls to fill the final times, if possible.
