Oh the air is getting crisper in the evening and bands throughout Iowa are showing off what they can do at halftimes around the state.  You can get in free to see their final product - all it requires is a few hours of your time.
 
On Saturday, October 14th bands from all over Iowa will be visiting Waukee to compete is State Marching Band Festival during the day and the Waukee Marching Invitational in the evening. This event requires 200 volunteers.  Shifts are approx. 3 - 4 hours, indoors and out, near the field and not, all on a first come basis.  By volunteering you will receive entry to the entire days performances - work in the day and enjoy the evening - work during the evening and enjoy the day.  But we do need your help.
