[News] Homecoming BBQ this Thursday PM

Hello everyone:

We have been asked to take money and serve this Thursday evening at the BBQ following the Homecoming parade.  Our shift is from 7:30 to 8:30 and then clean up.  We have also been asked to provide cookies, cupcakes, brownies or whatever for 200.  I know this is short notice, but didn't get the details until last evening.

Please let me know ASAP if you will be willing to serve and/or provide some dessert items.  Thanks much.
