[News] Thank You to Volunteers and Supporters of the 2006 State Marching Band Festival and Waukee Marching Invitational

Now that this event is over and the donated/rented equipment has been returned I would like to extend my Thank You to all of the volunteers and/or supporters of the Waukee Band program.  With your help and cooperation we were able to successfully host this large event at Waukee.  

If you volunteered I hope you were able to hear some of the compliments from the band directors and/or spectators on the fine job that Waukee did in hosting this event.  We would not receive these compliments without the volunteer effort and community support that we received.

Again Thank You very much for your volunteer effort and/or support of the Waukee Band program.

PS:  Congratulations to the Waukee Warrior Regiment and Band Staff on receiving a Division I rating for their performance in the 2006 State Marching Contest.
