Once again, I can not thank enough the wonderful parents and friends that the Waukee Bands are blessed to have.  Saturday's event is just more proof of the " special stuff"  that happens at Waukee.

I would like to thank Doug Meyer for his wonderful leadership for the event.  I know there are many many many others who contributed their time and talents to make saturday the best marching contest in the state of Iowa.  The 3000 plus student musicians that came through the gates also appreciate your efforts.
