[News] ValleyFest Reminders for 10-7

Band Parents,
Thanks to all your generous donations, we have enough cookies, candy bars,
and bottled water for ValleyFest on Saturday, October 7.  No donations are
needed at this time.  Please have your band member(s) remember the
following:


1) Everyone bring a sack lunch, including a drink.  No one leaves the
building.

2) Bring extra spending money for an evening meal at concessions.

3) Dress appropriately for the weather, wear layers in the evening, we're
staying for the awards ceremony.  It's nice to have jackets, hats, gloves,
stadium blankets, etc.

4) If you usually come to assist with the equipment or uniform roadies and
are unable to come, please let Doug Meyer know so he can plan accordingly.
