[News] RAGBRAI - Volunteer News and 6 Remaining Openings - RAGBRAI Wau kee Stop is only 1 week away

Thank you to all who have volunteered to help with joint Athletic, Band and
Vocal RAGBRAI fund raising event.


I still have the following 6 shifts open that the Band Parent Organization
is responsible to fill, please review the open shifts below and please
consider filling one of the remaining shifts.  The remaining shifts can be
filled by either an adult or a student.

In case anyone is wondering what Ecology is - it is trash pickup and keeping
the tables cleared and wiped off inside the High School Commons, if a
student wants to do this with a friend let me know and I can put them down
to work together.


High School

Ecology 2:00-5:30
Line Server 4:00-8:00
Ecology 4:00-8:00


Middle School

Line Server 2:00-5:00


Concession Stand at the Stadium

Server 2:30-5:30
Server 3:00-6:00


Reminder:

There will also be a volunteer meeting for those who have signed up to work
at the joint Athletic, Band and Vocal RAGBRAI fund raising event at the High
School, this Wednesday July 19th at 7:00 pm, the meeting will probably be in
the High School Commons - this is a meeting to get information out to the
workers and address questions that you may have.  I know there have been and
may be additional meetings put on by the town RAGBRAI committee, but this is
a meeting just for the workers for the combined booster organizations.


Also, please look at this weeks edition of the Waukee Today newspaper for a
Waukee RAGBRAI event map for information concerning parking and shuttle bus
routes.

Again if you have already volunteered thanks for doing so and if you have
not yet volunteered, please consider doing so.  Reply to this email if you
